Building and upgrading C-Stores may be what Simard & Son’s is most well known for today. For the past eighty years we have been building gas stations and C-Stores for everyone from single “mom and pop” businesses, all the way up through to large chains with numerous locations throughout the region. To help you visualize the design, our staff Professional Engineer will use the newest version of AutoCAD to layout your site with full detail to include dispenser and tank locations, parking, traffic plans and many other details. We can even simulate within CAD a transfer truck and other vehicles driving through a site design to ensure the proposed layout works.
